Delete your account

Delete it yourself

Sign in at castruma.com or in the Castruma app, open Profile and choose “Delete my account”. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Cannot sign in?

Email hello@castruma.com from the address linked to your Google account and ask for deletion. We delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and profile, your player data in every world (reports, messages, heroes, quests, alliance membership), gold balance, purchase history, notification subscriptions and sign-in records are deleted or made anonymous.

What is kept

Finished worlds stay in the Hall of Fame with the player name and ranking. Records we must keep by law (for example payment records) are kept for the legally required period only.
